These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wellnessforyou.store (the “Website”) and your purchase of digital products from Wellness For You (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use this Website or buy our products.
2. Products
We sell digital e-books in PDF format. Our current product is the Hindi e-book “7 प्रैक्टिकल तरीके — कंट्रोल और कॉन्फ़िडेंस के लिए”, priced at ₹79. No physical product is shipped. Product descriptions and preview images on the Website are for illustration; the content of the final PDF may be formatted slightly differently.
3. Educational purpose — not medical advice
All content on the Website and in our e-books is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. If you have a persistent, painful or sudden health problem, or any existing medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before trying any exercise or technique. You use the information at your own discretion and risk.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or other methods it supports. Your use of the payment gateway is also subject to its own terms.
- An order is confirmed only after we receive a successful payment confirmation from the gateway.
- We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of your payment applies to your order.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, a download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within minutes and in any case within 24 hours. Please make sure your email address is correct. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final except in the cases set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Licence and intellectual property
All content on the Website and in our e-books — text, design, images and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Wellness For You and protected by copyright law. When you buy an e-book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read it for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, upload, resell, distribute, translate or publish the e-book or any part of it, in any form, without our written permission. We may withhold support or take legal action in case of misuse.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website — including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, using false payment details or making fraudulent chargeback claims.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellness For You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Third-party services
The Website uses third-party services (payment gateway, hosting, email, analytics and advertising). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by writing to support@wellnessforyou.store. If not resolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
