This Privacy Policy explains how Wellness For You (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website wellnessforyou.store, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit our website or buy our e-book. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. All payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, on its own secure systems.

- To send occasional emails about our e-books and wellness tips — only if you have agreed; every such email has an unsubscribe link
- To measure and improve our website and advertising

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies from service providers such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel. These help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are read and where people leave) and measure the results of our ads, including showing relevant ads to people who visited our site. These tools may receive your IP address, device information and on-site actions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Clarity session data is used in aggregate to improve the page design.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Payment gateway (Razorpay) — to process your payment
- Hosting and email services — to run the website and send the e-book and emails
- Analytics and advertising platforms — as described in Section 3
- Government or law-enforcement authorities — only when required by law
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers of our service providers, which may be located in India or abroad. We use HTTPS encryption, restricted access and reputable providers to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (generally up to 8 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept as per the retention settings of the respective tools.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct or update it; delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements); withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time; or nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email support@wellnessforyou.store with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Age restriction
Our website and products are intended only for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Grievance contact
For any concern or complaint about your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at support@wellnessforyou.store with the subject “Grievance”. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date.
